What is it about?
Three different needs, three routes in. Pick the one that fits and we both save a round trip.
A technical question
Wondering whether the part can be cast, what wall thickness works, or whether zinc suits it better than aluminium? Call and we will talk it through. That saves you writing it all down.
A price for a part
Use the request form. You can upload a drawing or 3D model there, and it asks for what we need anyway: quantities, material, requirements and the delivery date you have in mind.
See the production
You are welcome to drop in and see the production. Call ahead so we are here. We are in Råde, at exit 10 on the E6. Once you have seen a casting machine run, it is easier to talk about your part.
What we need to assess the part
Attach what you have. This makes the part easier to assess:
- A 3D file or dimensioned drawing, ideally with its revision.
- Quantity per order and expected annual volume, so we can judge the process and the tooling.
- Material, finish and the environment the part will be used in. If you are unsure about the material, say so.
- Critical dimensions, functional requirements and the documentation you need, clearly marked.
If you only have a sketch, we can still work out whether casting is the right route. A formal quotation needs enough information to price the geometry, process, tooling and secondary operations properly.
